ACM India Summer Schools 2025

We are back with the "ACM India Summer Schools 2025" as usual. ACM India summer schools offer self-motivated students in-depth knowledge and exposure to research in current, advanced technology areas. Each of the five schools in this stellar line up covers academic and applied research in the technology topic, and is taught by the best-in-class experts from academia and industry. This incomparable combination worth a semester course is being brought to you by ACM India for a registration fee of Rs 3000+ 18% GST, to be paid only by those who are selected. You need to apply first. There is a token application fee of Rs 150 + 18% GST, and you can give first and second preference in the application form. All fees are non-refundable. Our sincere request to apply after careful consideration, also because the demand is high and the seats are limited to 40 per school.
ACM India winter and summer schools are very highly sought after. So, once selected, please make sure you register and attend, to be fair to those who applied but did not get in. The registered students need to make their own travel arrangements and bring their laptop, but once at the host institute campus, pretty much all your lodging and boarding is covered in the registration fee. Each day typically comprises lectures as well as tutorial sessions with hands-on problem solving experience. Toward the end of the school, there may be a session focused on career options in the area covered by the school. Top performing students in these schools may earn opportunities for internship in industry and will be invited to an all-expense-paid trip to the ACM India ARCS Symposium and ACM India Annual Event in 2026.
Please note that you need not be an ACM member to attend any of these schools, but our usual recommendation is to become one and experience all other benefits of ACM student membership! ACM student member attendees of the schools will get a Rs. 500/- discount in the registration fees; that’s another reason to become a member! Please feel free to circulate this message in your academic institution and fellow student network.
And last but not the least, as usual one school is reserved for women students, this time it is on "Immersive Realities: Demystifying AR, VR, and HCI" at Flame University, Pune.
